Past Event – December 4th, 2013
Dear Friends, we are pleased to invite you to join us at our inaugural Conversation with Women Leaders Series, featuring:
The Honorable Consul General of the Republic of Cyprus in New York Koula Sophianou
Ms. Sophianou will speak on the topic of public service.
The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Aphrodite Navab and guests are welcome to participate in the conversation.
We will present Ms. Sophianou with an award honoring her stellar leadership and dedication to public service, to Cyprus, and Hellenism.
We are grateful to Ms. Sophianou for her support and love of our community during her years of service in New York. We are honored that she will be joining us to discuss public service and its importance for the Greek American Diaspora.
As 2013 is coming to a close and we are getting ready to welcome 2014, this will be a great opportunity to come together in celebration and community.
There will be a seated Mediterranean buffet diner and fine Greek wines. Mediterranean cuisine is provided by Yefsi Estiatorio‘s Chef/owner Christos Christou who will be present to introduce Yefsi’s delectable cuisine to our guests.
